I.   Booking Terms and conditions

Reservations can be made either through our website or by email. The deposit for ordered services is approximately 25% of the total price. After paying the deposit, you will receive a confirmation of the reservation by email, along with all the details. The additional payment must be made no later than 30 days before the ordered start of using the ordered services.

II.   Payments

You can pay the deposit and the additional payment for the ordered services exclusively electronically. By bank transfer, secure payment card transaction. You will receive payment instructions together with the order confirmation. Please note that an international bank transfer may take 3 or more days.

III. Conditions for cancellation

If you cancel your order 30 or more days before the scheduled start, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the order price. If you cancel your order less than 30 days before the scheduled start, the cancellation fee is 60% of the order price.

IV.   Data Protection Policy

In order to process your booking and provide the services ordered, we need to use your personal information such as name, address, date of birth and other information

All information is securely protected. The information may be forwarded to business partners to provide the ordered services. However, service providers are also governed by the personal data management and security policy.
